I am from PIttsburgh. These people had no where to go they were even trapping some in stairwells whils trying to get back to their dorms. This is a populated area with several major hospitals and restaurants. The kidnapping was nearly 3 miles from the city of Pittsburgh

I agree. These students live within this 4 block area. If you watch some other videos you can see that they were trapped on other streets to where they were dispersed. Some were trapped in stairwells with police on bottom and on top telling them to disperse. If they went down they got tear gassed. There was a reception of the world leaders at Phipps Conservatory very close to this inciden in Oalkand but it may have been finished by this time.
