after it crashes, does some kind of writing come up or does it get out of the game? if it gets out of the game then there might be something wrong with your system. maybe the graphics. just go to google and type your problem then u might find out whats wrong
after the introduction video, there is a default player account. On that board there is a button that writes create an account there it asks your e-mail address and stuff and then u get an account
