I REALLY wish sellers would list a price. Think it's a mistake not do do so. When I'm browsing, I don't want to take that time nor bug someone when I'm not ready to make an offer. Is it just me.....or what ?
In two years, I only saw two snakes the entire time I lived in Manuel Antonio and it is a national park. To see a snake is considered to be a sign of good luck there...

Manuel Antonio is in a whole differnt part of Costa Rica... the climate if very different in the two places.
