Looks really great Steve.Moving the mechanism to the front is a lot better look. Love it. Love it. Love it. I am working on a leering Scare Crow that works on a wiper motor. Videos will be up soon.

I cracked up when you changed up the base. So reminds me of me, get part of the way through a prop and end up discovering a better way to do it.

This will defentlty be a prop that I will be making in some variation.

Killer prop steve now i just neeb to find motors. You could paint him/her a neon color and have a blck light on it would look AWESOME¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ And put alittle light in the lantern.

hmm another idea for this prop steve..put the mechinizem on the other side of the wall there. cut a slot on the wall for the pvc pipe to stick out of then mount the skeleton to it.. makes it look like the skelly is comeing out of the wall. no matter how you do it its a great idea that has a lot of different possibilitys
