To make it look smoother, they could have come out of a move a little slower to the music such that when they were finally were out of the move, they would be "on 1". That would have made it look smoother. For example, look at the angle drop they did. All-in-all, nice dancing.
gfitz1999 is correct. It is the correct speed for the romantic salsa music . Unfortunately, too many male dancers spin too much when the music does not call for it ;-( (Musical interpretation)

Me parece que a lo último se equivocaron e improvisaron. Tal vez me equivoque pero pareció eso. Sin embargo, al margen de eso.

it's nice they're talented guys but maybe if they dance the salsa faster it would be better :) and that's how they won't lose the rythum.
