To make a song fade in from a deep foggy sound to normal (i.e. phasing), just use the EQ's in FL Studio :3

Its called automation ......its either by automating the volume or here it was a lowpass filter ......the easiest way to do it is by adding fast lp fx on the master channel and right click on the cutoff , select the create automation clip now in the playlist edit that by making the cutoff frequency open up gradually

Quite nice, but I've seen better. If you use NeXus, then use some better samples.

Also look for some Mastering Tips, I mean it, it's quite important that your mastering dosn't ruin the song.
