Hey andkjaer, that's a beautiful machine you have. Immaculate looking engine there! Any tips on using them as an every day car? I usually commute about 50 miles each way in a 2007 Jetta at about 70 mph average speed. I'd like to have this and a 1968 Porsche 911 Cabriolet one day in my garage :D
YUSS!!! finnaly a VW thats isn't a beaner mobile with ghetto rims and big speakers it's not purple and it has REAL headlights finnaly and actual ghia!
I've got a 69 for sale too, plus three more in my back yard: A 73, a 68 and a COnv 63 I'm working on. As you can see Me and my two sons are Ghias fans. If any one interested, let me know to sand pics. If I knew how to I would post a video about the project process, I bought it three years ago, and finished it lately, runs very nice

If you where do redo the motor on a stock ghia, what would you do differently? I am planning a project ghia.

Thats a Mild Street engine. With some pep.
