I, too, believe the song is not, as you put it, "fast paced" enough, but I do believe I can put into words what you had attempted to describe. You see, the instruments used in the song are, in fact, different from that of the original version "Scarlet Zone", therefore, the song itself will sound different. Additionally, the creater of this remix fenangled with the tempo, causing the end result to appear slower than the original.
