i was told today by the lady at my local spotlight store that you also need to iron the shirring once its done

also if you have a maxi skirt you can put a belt under your bust and then you can use it as a dress or a skirt!!!!

also with an elastic skirt, simply placing a belt around the skirt makes it into a very cheap dress without having to sew
