I agree with you. Things aren't looking too swell. There's been over 2 trillion dollars spent on stimulus packages that haven't done crap.
So it's either, (1) Spend money to protect our country or (2) Spend money on something that no one knows if it will work (and hasn't).
Of course Bush could have known about 911. But it wouldn't make any logical (oh, no! He used a bad word!) sense to send tons of people to fight a war that isn't there and waste all this money for fun.
