I just watched the new episode whee cassie actually meets her father and in the preview for the next episode it show Faye's mom (dawn) in a red dress and holding in a kindly way against the wall is John Blackwell,Cassie's dad and when the said he betrayed Amelia Cassie's mom that was probably by cheating so Faye's probably her half sister they seem the most powerful of the circle if u watch the episodes

I think Faye's her sister. In Jake's memory, his mom said that John Blackwell betrayed Amelia (probably by cheating) and Dawn was said to be quite obsessed w/ him. But secretly I'm hoping Adam's her brother just so he can't interfere anymore with the awesomeness that is Jake and Cassie.
