I keep going back again and again to Jake's version of this song. There's a kind of haunting, longing, urgency in the original tune that he seems to have really tapped into here. The acoustic sound lends something totally original that I can't get out of my head. The crickets in the background gives it just that much more of a sense of immediacy. It doesn't hurt that Jake is just an achingly beautiful interpreter of contemporary music.

this is EXCELLENT. I love music and have a huge span of experience of what I've heard and been around musically. Yes, I see a bit of how you might sound like Bruce Springsteen - but what I really like is your STYLE. You have style and presence.

Btw, I wrote a parody of Frozen, called Flaccid, about 10 years ago. It goes like this:

Take advantage of todays technology and make it work for you.You've already started here.

I like it very much. You really give a sense to the song; you kinda remind me of Bryan Adams. You voice is good though the piano sometimes is a bit rough. Work on it! ^^
