Thing is, he can carry on smacking that bag until he's 8 or 9, but then you could have a kid of the same age come along with loads of natural talent and be right on his level in a year.

Don't forget people, Muhammad Ali only started boxing when he was 12. You could train a kid for 20 years but if he's not able to go beyond a certain level then that's it. Genetic make up also plays a huge part.
