Just want to say, "Thanks." Many cooking show offerings are deteriorating into "entertainment" instead of instruction, & technique, so I do appreciate your videos and others that really are helpful. After getting a pasta attachment for my KA I gave my hand crank to my son because when I remodeled kitchen the clamp was too small for my new counter-tops. I saw your monster clamp & thought "brillant!"
However, I don't regret giving the machine to him, because "Hey, another convert!"

I've always wanted to make my own pasta dough. I would be afraid of making holes in the pasta, due to the fact that it has to be so thin.
