  • i'd have to put on a hazmat suit before getting anywhere near that watch

    xD

  • I wonder how many takes it took for them to do this scene without laughing

  • wow that watch has been though some shit

  • I can't imagine giving a dialogue this long with a straight face knowing how it would end. =)

  • i tought Zorino died by 007...

  • wait...wait. 5 long years then 2. he was discharged 7 yrs later. so...5 MORE years making a TOTAL of 7...?

AND..died of Dysentery...? man..thats too much.

  • @jimmy316able

Koons spent seven years in the camp, Butch's father carried the watch for the first five years until his death.

  • wait...wait. 5 long years then 2. he was discharged 7 yrs later. so...5 MORE years making a TOTAL of 7...?

  • "Slopes"

  • He gimme da watch.

  • I love how the kid just whips it right out of Walken's hands without even thinking twice about where it'd been XD

  • Am I the only person who finds this scene incredibly relaxing?

  • @snack881 HELL NO, you're not the only one. Walken's excellent delivery and quiet tone can put me to sleep at any time... as long as it doesn't reach the 'ass' part. Then I inevitably burst into laughter.

  • and in that can it stayed untill your grandfather, Dane Coolidge, was called upon by his country to go overseas and fight against the Germans....once again

  • ASPECT RATIO

  • Keep your Ass Watch to yourself, buddy. That's nasty!!

  • YOU CANT SEE ME MOVE. IN DA DAKNESS

  • this is beautiful, the way his voice changes when he gets to the hiding of the watch. walken is a genius, and this whole scene is genius :D

  • And I kept that uncomfortable peice if metal, up my ass

  • Anybody know what show Butch was watching before Walken came in?

  • @Zoidberg312 Ass porn

  • @Zoidberg312 Clutch Cargo

  • Good online video media! Need to make around 570 Bucks day a day? About 2600 fulfilled individual users are employing this process right now! Pay a visit to roulettecash == or)

  • Great video, but I already have a Bad Motherfucker wallet. Burned into the leather on the second fold says "Fuck You," because fuck you for asking about my wallet.

I am not even slightly joking.

  • "This watch.... this watch was on your Daddy's wrist when he was shot down over Hanoi."

    Perfect line, perfectly delivered.

  • @atikker Amen. That line and that pause get me every time.

  • @kelime Me too :)

  • aparently he nailed this scene on the first take..im glad this movie was made in my lifetime.

  • My favourite scene.. I love Christopher walkin

  • 23 people are blind deaf and fucking RETARDED.

  • this is a steaming pile of crap

  • @DAILEYericCaryUSA Go watch The green lantern, faggot.

  • @MrJkid2010 ...you are the tissue at the bottom of the can

  • @DAILEYericCaryUSA You are the average retard who has no taste in film, like i said go watch something mainstream with cool explosions and animations, faggot.

  • @MrJkid2010 My apologies. I now understand. I did not know what you meant because I watch no cinema or television. It is all brainwashing propaganda. My mind is free because I killed my TV. I piss on Hollywood and Manhattan. Good luck to you. I hope you enjoy your cocoon.

  • @DAILEYericCaryUSA You say you dont watch cinema but what you just said sounds like somthing from fight club.. But in any case have fun fail trolling good film clips and living in what sounds like a cardboard box outside of hollywood.

  • @MrJkid2010 You are correct. This film clip is very good propaganda. However you make many assumptions. That's OKAY by me.

Tyranny is real, people die, movies help bad guys. You can live as you choose. Good luck.

  • @DAILEYericCaryUSA And you know what happens when one makes assumptions...it makes an ass (with a gold watch hidden inside) out of you and me! :-P

  • Comment removed

  • @DAILEYericCaryUSA Propaganda? Are you fucking shitting me? This scene in the movie was a contribution from Avary's script. He and Tarantino sought to create entertainment, nothing more, nothing less. They succeeded in high fashion, but what they made is by no definition (even your own likely severely warped one) propaganda.

Even if it was, what would it matter? Government putting mind-control juice in your drinking water as well? Fucking conspiracy theory nut. Accept that you are already dead.

  • My favorite scene, after dead nigga storage of course

  • Good move by Tarantino. Have the actor with the one of the strangest speech patterns come on...do his shit...get out.

  • "He'd be damned if any slopes were gonna put their greasy yellow hands on his boy's birthright." Textbook Walken

  • haha i love how he talked all polite and then he starts talking bout asses and gooks

  • He'd be damned if any slope was going to put their greasy yellow hands on his boy's birth right

  • Only Walken could have done that....

  • see the joke is, the reason walkens character knew so much about the kids family is because he his the kids father... Listen to the opening scene when the mother intro's him and the way he looks at the boy, he is just a dead beat pops thats all.

  • Whoa, 1000th like . . . . . . . . . I better go watch Pulp Fiction again.

  • still cant believe forrest gump won best pic. watching both of them now gump just seems like a cheap exercise in vintage film alteration mixed with the old "thats incredible" tv show, whereas this is pure quality cinema. oh well - i'll take a spoonful of walken over a gallon of hanks any time.

  • It's actually kinda scary how much that kid looks like Bruce Willis :P

  • you can see a wart on his finger when there's a closeup of his hands at 3:32

  • I really like this scene. It really gives a good background story on the watch, so we know how important it is to Butch. Excellent delivery by Christopher Walken. However I personally think that it could use more cowbell.

  • @Bonjabo lol!! fuck thats funny!

  • @Bonjabo you killed it....

  • @Bonjabo you do know this scene isn't serious? and that it's pure comedy?

  • 23 ppl had more then 1 watch hiden up their ass

  • @AdemJashari56 I believe you mean, "their azz"

  • I love how it starts out as this very moving story, then in typical Tarantino style he just injects the racism and ass references to throw you off guard.

  • I laughed so hard at this scene. xD

  • He'd be damned if any slope's gonna put his greasy yella hands on his boys birthright...

    Racist, but hilarious.

  • 0:00

  • i wonder if captain koons knows krystal koons

  • awwww...I want an ass-watch...

  • 'so he hid it,in one place he knew he could hide something, his ass'

i remember laughing hysterically at that

  • the best part about this scene is that it exists just so we can watch christopher walken be a badass for four minutes.

  • "This watch...(*fuck, what was that line again...oh right*) This watch..."

  • Hmmmmm..............I think it needs more cowbell.

  • This watch...

  • ^ 'gibbygoldy' is great at maths ^

  • I get chills everytime i watch this

  • The Koons family is german and can be spelled Koonce/Kuntz/Koontz

  • he be damned!

  • Best part is that the father dies of dysentery... (basically shitting yourself to death)

  • how can u tell a awful story with such a blank face LOL

  • @krnxanga Apparently he put aside an hour everday to practice this and everytime at the end, hed crack up and laugh

  • CHRSTOPHER WALKEN IS A LEGEND!!!!!!

  • Chris Walken is an Icon.Remember the SNL episodes hell everything. The Dead Zone,I think our lives would be worse w/o this man.You Rule Mr Walken

  • Walken was in this movie for like 4 minutes, but he is easily one of the top 2 actors in the movie.

  • I love how he starts talking louder when he gets to the part about the dad. It's like he stops telling a touching story about a family heirloom and starts telling a story from a few years ago. Any other actor, this would be horrible acting, but Walken can make any delivery hilarious.

  • I like how he talks in the very same breath instead of pausing.

"So he had to put it in one place he knew he could hide something, his ass."

Another actor, another movie or another director would have made a pause. "So he had to put it in one place he knew he could hide something... his ASS." How Walken says it like there's nothing to it makes it the more hilarious. He coulda said "under his pillow" with the same straight face.

"I hid this uncomfortable hunk of metal up my ass, 2 years." Epic!!

  • @DuncanHennessy lool very well put, I agree completely :P

  • BMF wallets are the best. Great quality. I've had mine over a year and it looks brand new still. It's funny seeing the reactions when I pull it out

  • Two mice fell in a bucket of cream.

  • i hope we have another actor like walker. his voice is brilliant and unique, but wat is most impressing, is how he adds these pauses in his lines. it adds so much power to his words

  • There are vary few people who can pull off intensity in lines like Walken can.

  • this watch here if you hold to your ear you can dad fart. yup thats not the ocean boy.

  • Christopher Walken...I swear, no role ever phased him. He was that role, just name it.

  • amazing acting...walken is a simply the best

  • then, he died of dysantary-he gimme da watch. i fucking love that line!!! he runs his sentences so close together when he talks.

  • up his ass

  • It's kind of sad that Bruce Willis might not ever stick the watch up his own ass and carry on the family tradition.

  • @donteffwitme Good comment man. lol

  • this watch spent 7 years in someones asshole, here you go son

  • after seven years of being lodged in rectums....i give the watch to you...and then he snatches it like its a toy...lol

  • Take your ass watch little boy.

  • LMAO everytime. I wonder how many takes it took to get this scene. Id love to see a gag reel from this.

  • Not a very lucky watch.

  • i did this seen for my monologue in drama class i never scene my drama teacher laugh so hard.

  • haha then dw, stick to your twilight and naruto

  • Walken RULES !

One of the BEST actors of ALL time!

ill make sure the next generation knows who he is and all of his works !

  • Did he really hide it in his arse?

  • @mohmarine

there arnt any movies with scenes so subtle and yet so interesting

  • @exosfear512 ...That doesn't answer anything.

  • @mohmarine its a movie, fiction. what do you think?

  • @iamjoetaylor I meant IN the movie ZOMFG dumbshit

  • @mohmarine how about you watch it and find out?

  • @iamjoetaylor Rather ask

  • Al the time I just think how this well intentioned military officer just can't present things in a child appropriate way. I laugh my ass of every time. Classic.

  • i want that watch!

  • Walken's fucking awesome

  • lmao, i wouldnt even touch that watch

  • that scene is so freakin funny

  • @Gormpy i fuckin love this scene lol

  • One of my favourite scenes from any movie. I love listening to the sound of his voice as he tells this sorry. It's a great story, and is at the same time both deeply touching and hilariously funny.

  • What i noticed is when Walken says, "When two men are in a bad situation, they take on responsibilities for each other." Maybe when Marcellus was getting raped Butch thought of that and came down to help him. Just noticed that!

  • @drums343

holy crap that makes sense! Pulp Fiction is such a rare movie.

  • @exosfear512 How is it 'rare?'

  • dude, what i noticed is when walken says "when two men are in a situation like mine, you take on responsibilities for each other.Maybe Butch thought that when he heard marcellus getting raped, and went back down to take on the responsiblility like walken said. just noticed that!

  • His ass!

  • love christopher walken

  • I LOVE this scene.

  • I love how quickly and casually butch takes the watch at the end.

    Great scene, great movie.

  • The United States had a base on Wake Island and the Battle of Wake Island just so happened to occur on the same day that the Japs attacked Pearl Harbor. This is not classified information. Pick up a book once in a while, willya?

  • "Be damned if some slope is gonna get his greasy yella hands on his son's birthright" Lmfao

  • thnx deahzee who the fuck says dumbo!little boy shut ur ass up and drink a sippy cup!

  • you fags got owned by Joeskillz like the u.s navy did in pearl habor ha!

  • LOL, this scene started off serious and all of a sudden it just became hilarious, but that's Tarantino for you. He's a great writer.

  • That's true, but let's give Walken his props. NO ONE could've pulled this scene off as well as him!

  • Ok just calm yourself JOEYSKILLZ1, who cares if its not an exact representation of what really happened, its awsomely acted out by Christopher Walken and it is after all just a "movie" a good movie but a movie nether the less.

  • This is so damn epic...

    Walken is the shit.

    He owns them all.

  • @JOEYSKILLZ1

uh, yeah it did, not in europe but in the south pacific - agaisnt the japanese who bombed pearl harbour? ringing a bell? get your facts straight, dumbo.

  • @JOEYSKILLZ1 The US were in charge of Wake Island during WW2, until the Japs took over on exactly the same day as the Japs bombed Pearl Harbour. US Navy got seriously owned on that day!

  • Correction (not to be rude, just pointing out a slight error), the Japs took Wake Island on December 23rd but they started the battle with a massive bombing raid on December 8th. Technically this was the same day as the attack on Pearl Harbour because Wake Island is on the opposite side of the international date line.

  • brilliant brilliant scene delivered by one of the greatest character actors of our time

  • walken is great

  • goddamn slopes lol

  • I'm doing this scene for an essay in film studies.

  • Me :D MLG FOR LIFE

  • meee =]

  • who hers is from the MLG forums?

  • meh

  • me :D

  • the silence at 3:18 is unbelievable. Walken is such a fantastic performer.

  • @derangius why is that amazing, all he did was be silent

  • this is my favorite part of the movie. chritopher walken is the SHIT and he always gets the best roles.

  • @ponetastic he doesn't necessarily get the best roles. he just does such a good job that he makes any of them seem suited just for him.

  • dont touch the watch... dont touch it... ahhh crap he grabbed it. no hesitation either...

  • AHAHAH this scene made the movie for me. i cried.

  • he hid that uncomfortable hunk of metal up his ass.

    Now that's determination!!

  • it's fiction

  • rofl rofl best line in this movie

  • speech!!!!!!!!!

    the best

  • best part of the movie, hands down. Walken ftw!

  • Why would he say that his "grandad" fought the germans again when he was a marnie who was killed by the Japanese?

  • Because secretly Tarantino is anti-german. His movies are laced with small things like that.

  • his grandad was killed by germans while his father was killed by the japanese

  • wait....i thought his father was killed by the vietnamese? his grandad was killed in japan....

  • "Hello...Little man...boy." XD

  • must smell pretty bad

  • PLATYPUS!!!!

  • he'd be damned!

  • best monologue in the history of cinema

  • One of , if not THE, best solo speeches ever!

  • haha that cartoon butch was watching is hilarious, was that a real show?

  • yes it was actually. The Show is called "Clutch Cargo"
