It will run on variety of older cards, why wouldn't it run on 5770?

Also, making use of DX11 should make it easier to run on DX11 cards. Basically you get better look and better performance then with DX10...

Kinda, its not like it automatically runs faster. If they code the game using DX11 specific GPU accelerated features then yes it will look better and run better.

Thats not true at all. DX11 tessellation and lighting look vastly better but come with a price in performance.
