  • @JM59600 Some say it decreases u of momentum. But anyone I see do it rocks back... so they still use momentum., Not just that, doing it from the box places you in a powerlifting style position with the hips to far back, rather than the more efficient knees forward position you do standing.

  • after seeing how u set that up w/ a keg and plates i am going to try that. i weigh 280-290 but i cant get that. maybe 30-35.
