I don't really see Singaporeans loyal to their country and government as dogs, actually. I see them more like hamsters. I have 2 hamsters and all they do everyday is wait to be fed. Just like the typical Singaporean: everyday just waiting to get paid, just enough to buy a HDB, a Jap car, a trip to Bangkok every year. To them that's contentment.

My hamsters will wait at the cage door everyday to be fed, then I will clean their wheel so they can run on it everyday. To them, that's contentment.

I reserved that for the police and judges who instead of upholding the law, chose to break The Constitution - our highest law - in order to prop up a dictatorial govt.
