@xlovexlivexdream it is from season 3 episode 4. The episode is called Grief Counseling. Jim and Karen are trying to find a particular brand of chips called Herr's. The whole day they are calling stores trying to get it. In the end Jim gets the chips and puts it on her desk. Hope this helps!
