I almost was caught unguarded on one of these half speed Breakers...!! The Right side traffic was moving normally and there are no markings for the speed breaker...!! Taking a Bump at around 40-50kmph takes your back for a roll...!! And panic breaking can lead to more disasters....!
very good footage man.send it to tv 9 or good chance is news 9 bangalore.they will accept. it.cameras are to expenxive.road is wide enoigh to put dividers.they are cost effective.it will be hell of a task to track the huge number of law breakers.its better to prevent it by putting dividers.cameras need long term mantainenceconcrete dividers will do.in nations which have cctv all over but still takes time to crack cause crooks their know how to get around it.
