the correct way 2 do it is, 1st,u dyno ur bike 100% stock & then dyno again after all high perf.upgrades r done & u will see if u gained anything & was the shit load of xtra $ worth it?..a buddy of mine spent $1750. to gain an xtra 7HP..i harley think its worth it. a stock 700cc is fast/powerful enough..i like power/speed so i bought a GSXR1000..

No matter what you do you can't get it past 76/77. You have to get a 300 dollar part to eliminate the speed limiter or cut a wire and ground it to the frame. If you need help hit me up.

@123qcr ya your right, i traded my Raptor 700 for a trx 90 to a 7 year old girl the only downside is that the trx is about 65 mph slower then the raptor.
@123qcr owned both and trx is overrated as fuck like homie said already its at least 65mph slower than a raptor doesnt handle as well and not near as nice as this work of art we have here before us.

The Hot Cams was the most noticeable power upgrade for sure and they cost me around $250 CAD $400 with labour.The Raptor's governed, when you have the throttle wide open just let off the throttle a hair and you will hear engine sound change it will rev higher and wont sound bogged down and she will just slowly keep climbing when it was stock i could get around 127-128 kmh 80mph and iam honestly not bullshitin i should of made a vid before the upgrades.
@Grizzlyman778 nice, though you have stage 3? i think ima go with the stage2 with the mid range and improved top end! which brand do you have? and ill post up some videos once mine is fully done!
@Super2long The brand is hot cams, and stage 3 will allow your engine to rev quite a bit higher and you will get more power then stage 2 and the price i dont think is much different!
@Grizzlyman778 oh and one more thing, do you have the power commander 3 or 5? and which map did you install? i have the M416-048 Yoshimura RS7 full exhaust (spark arrestor removed), Pro Design intake kit, K&N air filter, Airbox lid removed .

the whole reason for bigbores and aftermarket exsaust is to hear that badass sound thanks for not adding music to your vid ,it would ruin it, cool quad bro.
If you want to have fun and ride around safe on your Raptor don't go Bigbore... It's harder on brakes, You need to mix gas with higher octane... And you also got to stop often to let the big boy cool down even though you got a liquid cooling system. Stock Bore is best ! And you won't be disappointed at all with the JE 11:1 102 mm Piston ! Check out MAXSTEEL videos !

@lukaradivojevic1996 (My opinion)is the Raptor is the nicest,most comfortable, reliable,practical,and fun racing quad to buy, nice having reverse and speedometer, so far nothing has beaten me in a race, havent raced too many quads yet,(predator 500,ktm 450,renegade 800)none of those went over 77mph closest was ktm.But its all personal preference.Depends on what kind of riding your doing, best thing to do is test ride each of them!I will download more vids this summer!

You can buy a turbo kit for thease that boosts it up 70-76bhp comes with intercooler airfilter etc helps on acceleration and power makes the raptor by far faster but will reduce top speed but that's be onest thease bikes ain't made for flat long runs so if it's speed you want and not fun then buy a super motard race tuned and go to tracks : )

You can buy a turbo kit for thease that boosts it up 70-76bhp comes with intercooler airfilter etc helps on acceleration and power makes the raptor by far faster but will reduce top speed but that's be onest thease bikes ain't made for flat long runs so if it's speed you want and not fun then buy a super motard race tuned and go to tracks : )

a stock raptor goes 78 mph stock and for a 13 year old like you i would sugjest a 400 ex a warrior 350 but dont jump on that you will kill yourself man ive got a raptor 700r and i am 19 this is my first quad only had a bike before kx250 and i tell you that thing scare me sometimes more than the kx
