No it's an okinawan Karate Kata (most advanced in the Jundokan Goju Ryu system) this this is the Seito Shito Ryu (Japanese karate) version.

I know the sensei who's performing in the video. His name is Genzou Iwata. Before I came to Canada, I had a chance to talk to him personally and he recommended me a Shito-Ryu dojo where I could continue practicing.
