I have this exact lamp, and it IS spectacular. Mine was purchased at Spencer Gifts around 2004 or so. It's not vintage (i.e. 70s or 80s) but it IS the nicest plastic fiber lamp I've seen - I usually only go for ones with glass fibers.

I saw one similar in Spencer Gift (back when it was still called that) in '99 or so and I wanted it SO BAD. I couldn't afford it, even though it was on sale and I've never seen one like it since. (I still want one)

I love this kind of fiber optic rainbow colors lamps? ...That's what you call it right? I speak Finnish I wouldn't know. Anyway, I've seen many different kinds of angels with the same technique and thought they are very lovely and amazing! Now I bought a miniature one, with no fibre actually, just the light inside the angel. Love the color change, especially when it has all the colors of the rainbow
