When i play Singleplayer how come the movement of the enemy and you are slow and laggy. do you know any ways to improve the performance?

o i see becuz if it was this slow during the game i would snap the disc

the reason it is so slow is beacuase fraps for some reason makes like 3 mins of video make up to or more than 1 gig in space so it runs really slow but now i am using gamecam which gives better speed and it obviously better when normal play.
