Anyone who read Ric Flair's book can tell you that Sting was one of Flair's best opponents. Other wrestlers he mentioned as being great opponents in the ring included Barry Windham and Ricky Morton.

fact is sting is getting on now, and the mystique and dark brooding in his charecter just doesnt really cut it, ten years ago in wcw when he was doing his crow thing it was fine, but since then his whole image has evolved, hes no longer mr dark and brooding, hes more a combination of his earlier sting gimmick and his later crow-style gimmick, richt now he doesnt need to be booked as champion, hes should be in long feuds to put over the younger guys who need that push

If you want to do this then do it and release it as a shooting series. How now after this can you go back to have Sting dress in black and white face paint, have mysteque and be dark and brroding. His charecter has been destroyed by TNA and so has the final years of his career. I love STing he is my favourite wrestler of all time the man is a legend he really is, but I hate watching him on iMPACT! as he is so badly booked. fact is sting is getting on now, and the mystique and dark brooding in his charecter just doesnt really cut it, ten years ago in wcw when he was doing his crow thing it was fine, but since then his whole image has evolved, hes no longer mr dark and brooding, hes more a combination of his earlier sting gimmick and his later crow-style gimmick, richt now he doesnt need to be booked as champion, hes should be in long feuds to put over the younger guys who need that push

fact is how can you have a mixture of a family man with kids, a brooding silent man of the shadows and a happy go lucky clappy chappy christian. It doesn't work as it contradicts itself. To say he should be used solely for putting over other talent is an insult as Sting can still perform at the top level and used properly can easily without even effort be tna's biggest draw. fact is he is wasted and tna is paying him half a million to do nothing and thats not stings fault it's TNA's as usual

as i said his current gimmick is a combination of his crow esque gimmick and his early sting days when he was screaming 'wooo' at the top of his lungs, hes been doing it for years this isnt a current thing thats happend over the past few weeks, he hasnt been dark and brooding since what '98 ish. and yes he should be putting TNA's talent over, look what he did for abyss, sure the story sucked major ass, but what did it do, it catapulted abyss from midcard hardcore spot guy to over monster face.
