Yes, but a lot of people get them based on genetics, also due to allergies and other environmental factors.

There is said to be no known "cure" for dark circles, just ways to help reduce them and of course prevention is always best if its not genetic or allergies thats the problem.

I'm really loving the Garnier anti-dark circle eye roller / concealer. I got it for the dark circle treatment aspect but it is actually an amazing concealer too! Can't tell if it has helped dark circles.. but I never get any sleep so I don't think anything will really help more than just getting some sleep. lol.
