  • someone upload the walkmens version por favor

  • The album this is on, Pussy Cats, is one of my favorite of all time, and this song is one of the best on there. Nilsson and Lennon worked really well together. In my opinion, Nilsson is a much better vocalist than Lennon, and I think it shows on this album. Also, I think John was a great producer for Harry; I would like to envision a world where they are both still alive and making music together.

  • wonderful 70's spirit catched.

Although Lennon is not singing, you can feel his strong influence. He´s the producer.

  • @Batata2201 Though John Lennon's a legend and a brilliant one at that, Harry Nilsson actually influenced Lennon quite a lot, Lennon got a lot of his sounds from Harry. Lennon once said that Harry Nilsson was his all time favorite musician and influenced the White Album. Though I think they're both equally amazing. Have a good day :)

  • @JoshSigurdsonMusic

I don't know about all that. In 1980, John said he wasn't influenced that much by Harry. But I'm sure he was, just not to the extent you say. And I'm sure the same vice versa. I believe John said Chuck Berry was his all-time favorite musical artist, but you know...John was a bundle of contradictions after all. Which is what I love most about him.

  • Is this song on a lennon album

  • it was written by John and a tiny bit by harry . it appeared on harry's album Pussy Cats (1974).

It was produced by Johnduring his "Lost Weekend" phase. During the production of this album Nilsson ruptured one of his vocal cords but chose not to notify Lennon and forced himself to push through the sessions.
