meh Trey wasnt really going to kill him. 10 seconds later Seth and Summer came in, the three of them could've stopped him easily. He'd have to bash Ryans face in with that cheap phone like 50 times to actually kill him, and he'd probably realize "wtf am I doing" after he'd bloodied his bro's face up a bit anyway.

Not saying she was wrong in shooting him, she's just a scared teen girl with a gun, but its silly to think that Trey was really going to beat his brother to death over starting a fight
