You know sly could offer you far better editing advice than I would, I do not even have a webcam and have not messed with any of the personal broadcast software.

Ya, but realize the adjective really needs to be there for me; to get fully on board w/ ya though...mainly 'Constructive'; weather that be for constructive-unity, change, etc... doesn't matter as long as "constructive-change" results over the long-haul; and more importantly can be looked upon as an improvement rather then a disimprovement as hindsight...If it cannot then change, unity, status-quo all of it is suspect as making us less aware, thereby more ignorant...or worse keepin' us there,yes?
We always seem to see the faults in other and never seem to look at ourslelves, this is something I myself have been trying to change and I only started recently and to be honest it realy opens the heart as well as the mind and it can be difacult at least for me it is at times. I watched a series of vids here called the healing begins now and it was what opend me up to this.
Charity begins at home, this also goes for all other things. Another good video, but you seem to have a habit of cutting off a little early, but with time the technical aspects will get better. Again it is good to see the internet becoming more human ;-))
