@zdogy1 You should probably check out the following: Rockefeller v. United States, 257 U.S. 176 (1921).

The only thing the Rockefeller's did was sue the U.S. for the illegal collection of taxes, as described under the Income Tax Law of 1913 and the 16th Amendment. This worthless family set the precedent for all future Elitist families in the oil industry. It was illegal to collect income taxes then and it's illegal now - however, they won and we've been paying their taxes ever since.
