nope... when he grabs the ball with 2 hands he takes 2 steps... the first step you refer to is while the ball is coming up from a bounce... So he gains control of the ball, 2 steps and dunks... Thats how I do it, burst steps, pin ultimate and jump and just time the steps with the dribbles. If thats a travel then so are like 80% of NBA dunks.
