Great series. I always wondered why there hasn't been a movie based on this legendary figure. I would love to see that. Am I mistaken? Has there been such a film? A curious American would like to know. Diolch!
@schipfan360 Because Wales has always had Princes not King. To be King you would be ruler of all the land, but Wales for centuries had always had different Princes who controled different areas of Wales. Glyndwr crowned himself Prince of Wales as a sought of homage to his ancestors, it was tradition.
@nrjelley Actually, the rulers of Wales were traditionally known as kings. That tradition changed only when Llywelyn the Great took the title "Prince of Aberffraw and Lord of Snowdon" in the12th century.
I was Lucky to know Cayo and coslett and Gethin, and Tony Lewis , I miss them days and would love to see WALES FREE From the The english Domination of my country and its people. I still live in Cardiff and long for the days when Welshmen would stand up and be counted, But today I fear them Welshmen have long gone.
@Gunnarsguns LOL isn't enoch powell the bnp or national front guy who said english blood would flood the streets if all immagrants weren't deported from england
