I finally understand why people like this after all this time of never even bothering. And the reason for its name.

1. The scene, ofc.

2. Panty's panties turned into a gun, and Stocking's single stocking turned into a sword after they gave us fan service that usually leads to hentai, but doesn't in this case.

3. The producers were lazy, but knew if they added some crazy hot scene that would be in every episode, they'd get a hit.
