@andredrw289 I don't remember her ever flying with them. There was a scene at the end of episode 200 where she was floating but I don't think it was because of the wings. There's another scene that's pretty funny at episode 184 where her wings do get in the way and even knock stuff over like decorations but she doesn't fly in it either. I think they're just there for meaning. On a side note I'd suggest watching the end of 184 if you haven't seen it as it's pretty good.

Thing is, Eternal Make up's unlike the other transformations, where's it's usually "two arms first, then the legs, then SKIRT SEQUENCE, POSE!". It's still pretty, though, but maybe the animator should have done his homework with the Make-Up!

For the henshins, they should like make the Inner senshi say "Mercury Planet Power, Make Up" etc and they become Eternal form, like they do in the manga
And for the outer senshi, they could make them say Neptune Crystal Power, Make Up etc. and they also become their eternal form. And it would be great if they could make a real henshin for Sailor Saturn.

they couldn't show it on American TV because the Sialor Stars have two sides. XP Which was a guy side for hiding on earth and girl side for fighting. once they found that out they had to stop dubbing because if they edited it. it wouldve been what 15 mins per episode. And they edited the crap out of the normal dubbed series to because, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune had more than a 'just cousins' thing going on.
