The playing and the tone of the lead electric guitar on this track just sends me to outer space; Anyone know who played lead on this song, and by miracle, what guitar and amp setup they used to get such a heavenly tone? Can't say enough how I love the tone. Thanks
I know she is not starving, thank god,but l don't believe that her many talents are appreciated by most, when you see the crap that we have on the top ten and on the radio, then you can appreciate Lucinda's talent much more.
Yeah,Lucinda, and the man in black would have magnificent, its a shame that the public doesn't appreciate her,and her talent, although ,people like Dylan,Keith Richards, etc do like her stuff.

Country music gave outstanding female singer songwriters like Emmylou Harris or Mary Chapin-Carpenter but Lucinda Williams beats them all!

My favourite female singer since I heard on BBC radio 2 about 10 years ago x
Believe me she is not overlooked by those who know their music x

@ROPENI She is pretty damn famous and I don't think she is working a day job. I think she has achieved a level of success many never reach.

one my favorites. continually overlooked as one of the more important musicians (country or otherwise) of our day. i bet dylan listens to her.
p.s. wouldn't it have been magical to hear her duet this with j. cash?
