I would put the filter pads below the bio balls so that way the bio balls pores are not plugged up. If the pores get plugged up that would be less surface area for beneficial bacteria. Just a suggestion. Great design though!
very good perfect. doesn't mater the size it does the job.. very good job.. from all home made filters this one is the one it has the secret keys for polishing the water and cleaning.
