hey one thing troubling me is that should all syllables in each bar match up or be similar

e.g. if the first bar is 15 syllables should the next bar be around 15 syllables? maybe 14 or 16

also is it best for the previous bar to have extra syllables then the next or the other way around

In order to be a hip hop/rap artist, you need to be able to write a song. Freestyling....most producers won't want to work with you because you tend to get off topic when freestyling.
