No structural difference or material difference whatsoever between a 1800 dollar GA and a 3 grand 814ce. you basically pay an extra 1000 bucks for a cutaway and appointments. if ordered individually the expression system is a 300 dollar upgrade.

holy hell 0:52!!!.. so full, and rich sounding.. but still nice and bright and detailed.. similar to the Guild D55... then again, I have a $300 Washburn, so everything sounds good compared to that..ha..
@themaninme good for you there are many cheap laminated asian made guitars that will fit the tone you like perfectly. I guess many like the rubber band over cardboard tone. Works OK for older blues style but not for anything else. also that type of tone can not hang in bluegrass either as it will be even drowned out by a mandolin.
Just bought the 816cd limited edition over the weekend. Talked down from $2,950 to $2,700. Soooo happy with this purchase! It sounds like it has an amplifier without being plugged in. Just a sick, sick guitar. Thanks for the video!
I love this Guitar....I went to a shop today and the guy showed me the 416 limited addition. He said it was the same but without the trim package. Do you know anything about this?

too much sustain , notes are mixing.. top vibrates too much. too much high end
