hey Rich, thanks again. Is what I did was use that great steel epoxy putty to secure the slide clips so I could have something to screw those T screws into and it worked great. Awesome video about the headliner also. One thing though. I can not seem to locate the video you mention you had to remover the handles on the headliner. I`m afraid I`m going to break something trying to pry the cap off with a screwdriver. Thanks a bunch, Jon
I couldn't believe how rought you are on the plastic trim and the headliner shell. You wouldn't have to bend the shell at all if you went out the front passenger side. Slide the front seats to the rear and lay them back as far as they will go. Lift the steering wheel as high as it will go and if you have a floor shifter, put the selector to the far rear. The shell will then drop and come out the door without bending it.
Getting the old foam glued on the board is the hardest part. I've been told to use sandpaper or a wire brush and it was taking some time to get it all off so I bought a 3.5 sanding disk to put on my drill and it's alot easier and not as messy.
Thank you for making this video! I'm now going out to remove mine from my S-series!

Is it hard to do this with a coupe? someone smartly ripped off the fabric of the headliner of our 93 sc1 and we need to replace it.

@StephanieP3 I would think the coupe would be no different.

Good video Sir!
I did this once a few years ago with my Nissan Sentra B13.
It was not so difficult.
