The 4 primary goals of the Venus project are the elimination of monetary systems, the maximization of resources through technology, the maximization of the earths carrying capacity (city's on the sea are critical to this). And the complete elimination of human suffering. In a resourcebased economy there will always be enough to go around because there will be no incentive to create scarcity for profit.
