If its not happening now why would legalizing medical cannabis create accidents? Its more likely for alcohol related car accident. And marijuana should be enforced the same as alcohol, if you're under the influence while driving their should be punishments, but the other thing about that is marijuana does not impair judgement like alcohol does. I'm not saying driving while on marijuana isn't dangerous, because it is, but not even close to as dangerous when on alcohol.

You get a Six month sentence and 2-10 grand fine for possession up to a pound. if for personal use (just an ounce or happy sack lol) you can get probation. Over a pound it's criminal, one ton is 100 years of imprisonment.
