  • MarginxxWalker IS TOTALY RIGHT FINALY SOMEONE ELSE REALIZES THAT HE KNOWS WUT HES TALKING ABOUT

  • yes!

  • dont they have this on dvd?

  • i wish grandma will take him fuckin home! his asked enough times XD

  • MY FAVOURITE PART!

  • Grandma take me home!!

  • Who is the guy who is just running around?

  • @TheHazza270 tony, their dancer

  • @TheHazza270 the luckiest man in the world

  • sounds like Dave uses a double pedal but then again it was all just triplets.

  • stop talking rubbish. The same thing happens year after year at reading and leeds. Every headliner blows the audience away, just check out other bands. 70% of nirvana's popularity is based on the fact that kurt is dead. And what impact are you talking bout? Music took completely different direction... nobody listens to grunge anymore. So take the bucket off your head and open up for the new music world!

  • @nblBer Fair enough but todays music is nothing on Nirvana and they were huge in their day i remember.

  • COME ON OVER AND DO THE TWIST

(tie up to shoot herion wrapping something around your arm)

OVER DO IT AND HAVE A FIT

(do too much and overdose and seizure)

LOVE YOU SO MUCH IT MAKES ME SICK

(once addicted[love] you get withdrawls, or dope sickness)

COME ON OVER AND SHOOT THE SHIT

Should be apparent what this means by now!

Anyone else ever get this song?

  • @WizzleThump Actually it was written before his addiction. It's about his break up with the chik from Bikini Kill

  • @LVKING999 Tobi Veil?

  • @Nuhrii Exactly :)

  • Does his mic sound fucked up at the end up Sliver, or is it just me?

  • @qazproductions He was doing that with his voice, he could go from screaming to singing in a split second.

If you're talking about the second verse that is.

I like how when everyone sings along to the first verse he smiles and looks at Krist.

  • @WizzleThump No, it's got like a whiny version of his voice layered behind it or something.

  • I like nirvana by the way,but they cant save you from depression, they just numb it,but when you take the headphones off reality sets in,I was also very depressed until Jesus took the depression away,I am very happy now, I enjoy life,I love God and He loves me..and you! more than you can ever comprehend.

  • @stratomaster289 Sorry but I need something real in my life. Not a mythical, fictional character.

  • @stratomaster289 I'm also a born again Christian and I have a similar story as you, Nirvana has always been still is my fav band. But it's a Nirvana page. Not a Jesus page. God doesn't need you try to convert others this way. All I'm saying is that comment on the music, not that you really think people make Kurt/Nirvana an idol. Jesus never started preaching or pushing it unless he was asked. he just enjoyed people's company and they enjoyed his. There's a time and place for that.

  • Jesus Christ can make you happy, give you hope, and a future."For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jeremiah 29:11.if you would like to know Jesus the bible says all you have to do is confess with your mouth"Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart God raised him from the dead that you will be saved.

  • @stratomaster289 Who is Jesus? boring

  • @willd79 I don't know, but he doesn't want me for a sunbeam....

  • that´s real music Sliver is best

  • when kurt sings the first and second verse he fucks up xD but nobody fucks up as good as him xD

  • Kurt fucking rules !!! Music world misses you so much... : (

  • @sgtdungeon The ModestsXD

  • very nice!!

  • Fuck, I wish I was there :( AMAZING SHOW <3

    Kurt was a genius!!!

  • I was there near mixing desk on acid

    a good night

  • lucky fuck

  • NO RECESS!!!

  • who's the danser?

  • Kurts friend! i forgot his name but he was one of Kurts best friend..

  • @Rikogarson Dylan Carlson?

  • This is fucking good! I have Muddy banks which is awesome. Must get this as well me thinks.

Does anyone know who the random guy dancing on the stage at random points is? Imagine how good it would be if u were a random fan!!

  • i think this is better than muddy banks

  • yeah lots, muddy banks of wiskah or w.e its called rocks but this is without out Pat Smears so its better i think muddy banks has Pat in it

  • @winchuni22 TONY

  • cant believe he's gone

  • @thecollectfew Yeah that's only your opinion thank god.

  • Comment removed

  • @spanishnavax why thank god? the smashing pumpkins were an awesome band. yeah i had my phase of loving nirvana but i grew out of it. i wont deny they are an awesome band but the pumpkins had more sounds and were thus more interesting to me. But then they are two different bands so touche i guess, not fair to compare

  • I owe Kurt so much... before I got into Nirvana's music I was on the fast track to being a criminal, setting fire to shit and vandalising cars. When I heard the raw passion of stuff like this, I switched from acoustic to electric guitar and got serious about music, got educated and qualified in it.

In a way they saved my fucking life. Such a shame I'll never get the chance to thank them all personally.

  • dude i feel for u, just show your love for them by listening to them, ive made a wall in my bed room dedicated to Kurt and Nirvana they saved me too from depression love em so much

  • Thats the shit!

    fuck emo!

  • NO RECESS

  • nirvana is more then music, their songs arnt the type that makes u just sing along, it like takes grip of your soul.

  • @elliottjamesj

You're right. It touches the soul deep inside.

  • Dave Grohl is a fucking beast at drumming, just saying

  • Grohl was just as important as Cobain in Nirvana. The band would never have been what it was if it was missing either of them. Time has proven they are both legendary!

  • dude look at krist too, u cant say that hes not a fuckin sick bass player, and everybit as important and kurt and dave,

  • @pukeonmyshoe2130 hell yeah, Krist was a legend, my favourite bass player ever. he had an awesome style and a great sound. id take krists palying any day over slap n pop style shit like Flea or something

  • Fuck Kurt had an amazing voice. wish I could have seen Nirvana live...

  • Comment removed

  • he plays drums in Them Crooked Vultures!!! So Good!!

  • I see a lot of people talking about how good music is dead or how rock is dead, things of this nature.

You'd be surprised how many amazing bands there are in the underground scene. Go to a show in somebody's basement - that's where the magic happens.

  • @MarginxxWalker You are so right my friend, I for one walk to underground shows all the time. I mean there are some great clubs in my country and we get to see all the small bands, chat with them drink with them, and well their music is so much better than all the mainstream shit. Me and friend are often surprised why some of those bands don't have more recognition. They are just SO good. Kids, GO TO F-ING UNDERGROUND SHOWS, THAT'S WHERE THE MUSIC HAPPENS

  • Who in the hell is the person that keeps jumping around on stage ??? Its buggen me out...

  • hey i heard voices in the background of this concert

  • Joder que grande...

  • nirvana still amazes me. when ever i hear one of their songs, i still get that same chill i had when i first heard them. no band since has come close to being as amazing as they were

  • Cool Coments, CUte CObain Novo

  • haha gotta love kurt changing octaves mid line during sliver.

  • waht is @octaves[ pls?

  • the same note in a higher or lower pitch

  • Absolutely. Me too.

  • nooo kidding

  • kurt killed himself

    he wasnt murdered

    he isnt alive

and it wasnt the fucking illuminati

    he took a shotgun

    took some black tar

    and shot himself

he was a troubled, tortured artist with an unfaithful wife and a heroin addiction

    where is the fucking controversy?

  • Check the Evidence He mihgt have been murder, but mayeb u dont want to , ur Cliche, Ignorant, SUbjective and Redneck, like Cross

  • do u believe everything you're told or do u have a mind of your own? to believe what the media said as being the whole truth shows you're a puppet & buy that he was just another cliche rock star. he clearly wasn't & if u LISTENED to any of his lyrics, u would know that. how dare you?

u obviously have no respect for the him & clearly aren't a fan or else u wouldn't speak so disrespectfully about him. we all know he's gone. there's no need for you to speak so callously about him. have some class

  • thats the gayest reply to anything i've ever seen before...why are you sticking up for some dead guy you never met, it's called "opinions" dumbass

  • @PrufrocksMermaid btw my account is actually Rapter57, i was just using my dads account at the time. so yeah

  • Nirvana should have never gotten popular. Not because they weren't good, but because they were too good for the masses. Now they're just remembered for "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and popularizing a totally fake movement called "grunge".

  • "the masses" werent total retards in 1992 tho, were they?

  • @ Profrocks,

Yes. They were total retards. The vast majority only embraced this music because it was new, fresh, and socially relevant to their generational concerns. They didn't get "grunge" and they didn't get "alternative" and they only pretended to get Nirvana. In the end though, most were just looking for digestible entertainment or some crutch for their teen identity.

And nothing's changed, and it won't ever change.

  • Rock is sadly dying, tbh, Nirvana were in the right place at the right time to throw Grunge Rock into the mainstream.. That opening doesn't come along nowadays..

  • sigfrido23 sos mi mejor amigo loco

che, quien carajo es el loco que brinca por el esenario?

  • grunge and good music, as i see it, died with kurt. R.I.P.

  • I think it died with Jeff Buckley.

  • i think rock music is more mainstream than people think

  • That's not very nice. I think we're all well aware that Kurt Cobain shot his noggin off a couple of years after this.

  • "shot his noggin off"

you could think of a more respectfull way of putting it couldn't you?

  • dude, i understand that you wanna be respectful for him and all.. but if you think about it.. thats probably the way Kurt would have put it..

  • well he would say blew his brains out.. cause saying "noggin" is gay

  • i wonder if that guy jumping around on stage is still alive

  • to be able to say you experienced this first hand must be incredible

  • 8:00 kurt cute face

  • 6:55 <3

  • Nirvana is my favorite band

  • this is a fucking good concert

  • man just listen to dave on school some great rock drumming

  • NO RECESS!!!!! WTF

  • when does Kurt smile?? in what part

  • duno, but he does when he plays lithium =D

  • 8:45 vocal olympics

  • Lol

  • intense !!

  • Mierda! ya están quitando los videos de youtube por supuestas violaciones de copyright

  • James Kottak of Scorpions inspired me to play drums...today, my stile is totally like Dave's stile.........

  • good for you!

    any howard stern fans?

  • i can play aneurysm on guitar but it just never sounds as smooth as when kurt played it... anyone got any tips please?

  • to imissthe90s i had the same problem just try not to lift your fings from each not try to string them together like slide chord but going up and. also thks song requires a lot of chorus and destortion effects.

  • ok thanks for that

  • i can play aneurysme on drums =)

  • lol awesome

  • i can play parts of all 3 of guitar

  • i can play it on guitar and bass

  • keep trying and get a 1000$+ rig

  • Could be you have a shitty guitar and amp or your not applying the chords properly. Just practice, its all about technique and that's something that comes over time.

  • Awesome if kurt didn't die. It would have been great to have been alive during the time this band was making music.

It would have been intresting to see what they would come up with next.

You can just imagine them still being together playing at all of the modern festivals.

  • the next album would have been interesting, with nirvana just played unplugged and just released all the old stuff, so they never reallie had much else to play apart from new stuff. But kurt was moving in new directions... I dont think they would b playing modern concerts, they barely liked the ones they played. Kurdt was totaly punk rock in his ethics, he preferd clubs and pubs, rather than "arena rock". But hey, what do i know. They might have release an album just like appetite pfff lol

  • appetiite rocks ¬¬

  • Just think if Nirvana was still around there would be no Foo Fighters. I think rock music would be totally different because rock bands would still be trying to one-up them.

  • yh trying

  • music itself would be different if kurt was alive we wouldnt have stupid rap like that youre a jerk song we would still be jumping around and bashing heads like rockers

  • i still do that anyway

  • yeah me 2 but not every1 only cool people lol

  • what you said was totally not true. yeah all rap today sucks and all new rock sucks too but if Kurt was alive it wouldn't be any different becuase all of the other early 90s rock bands have faded away from mainstream

  • That's only because society has changed. That era is still a huge influence on me and always will be.

But not all 90's rock have faded. Pearl Jam is still around, Alice In Chains still tours with a new singer, TOOL still rocks hard. There are others, but we just don't hear about them.

Rock isn't in the mainstream anymore and it's really sad. We are still waiting for that band that will change the world like Nirvana did in 1991.

  • you forgot to mention radiohead, although they're not pure rock

  • cuz nirvana was dead they wouldve kept it strong

  • I would like to think Nirvana would have kept it strong, but I don't think it would have happened that way. Kurt's death contributed to the demise of "grunge", but it would have died anyways. Music goes in cycles. It's just a matte of time before this current brand of shit music fades.

I think Dave would have left sooner or later and formed Foo Fighters-which I consider to be the better band overall just because of the vast music library they have formed.

Nirvana will live on forever in us.

  • Nah. There would be rap. Peoples taste change and a new era rises and finds interest in something else. Kids don't want to listen to their parents rock(unless it's something killer like the Beatles or something).

Besides wearing plaid isn't as cool as wearing your pants around your ankles with a big gold chain with a .44 on your hip.

  • the last real band

  • Before asking, why don't you just scroll down and see if your question has been asked before?

As previously stated, it's Tony Pepparioni.

  • its cleary a fender jaguar

  • Foo Fighters are pleasant.

    That is not a compliment.

  • Dave Grohl... whatever happened to him?

  • Have you never heard of the Foo Fighters? they've been on the rock front now for like 14 years with Dave ass singer and guitarist.

    Great band.

  • Comment removed

  • Thanx very much for that..Most kind of you! All the best with peace.WTF

  • Can anyone tell me the full name of the guy Nirvana allowed to dance on stage during the show? Ta...

  • is it just me or does never getting to see them play make you so fuckin sad!! it bites big time oh well, whatever, nevermind!!

  • actually thinking about it check reading 91 set i think the mention is on there don't hold me to that tho

  • guy dancing for nirvana was or is called tony. i have it on cd somewhere and dave grohl mentions him and says that tony wrote all the songs lol!!!

  • no way!! i know what CD it is: Nevermind-It's An Interview CD!! ur so lucky !! i cant find that cd anywhere:(

  • I think the song 'school' just sums up all of teenagers anger and frustration as well as the normal run of the mill guy aswell. Not saying i am but cmon. 'NO RECESS!'

  • Fuck I miss you kc...i remember when zou made music matter..

  • I would say the best. By a mile.

  • i really love this version of sliver haha

  • what kind of guitar is cobain playing, it bothering me.

  • 1965 Fender Jaguar with a PAF pick up in neck position and a Super Distortion in the bridge.

I know you probably don't remember commenting, or don't give a shit, but I'll give you the right info

  • i do remember(almost forgot). youre a good guy that will save the world one day with your guitar knowledge.

  • Best Reading set ever? Petty damn close for me its a pick between this and ratm 2008.

  • I was a tiny bit disappointing for me Rage. For some reason I was expecting more.

  • in.fucking.tense

  • ta morta!

  • best band in the world

  • Kurts face is so awesome, when he makes a look or expression, his features multiply its effect and even subtle expressions are chilling.

  • omg...the way he plays with his hair and puts his mouth on the microphone...thats hot!

  • Apparently Krist had his Gibson "nevermind" Bass stolen off the side of the stage after this show.

  • Oasis is a great band, but are you seriously comparing them to Nirvana?

  • nice,,i was there at this one,,pretty good weekend allround,as the wonder stuff and puplic enemy headlined the fist 2 nights..

  • This is the finest band of the last 20 years. NIRVANA. May be the best band we will ever know until our deaths.

  • one in a trillion.

  • man kurt was a great person with an ALMOST perfect family, courtney ruined it but kurt will always be missed and i know for a fact that there will be a few people who out of boredom become the next nirvana

Kurt we all will miss you forever you were a change to grunge music and you will never be forgotten

    RIP Kurt Cobain 2/20/67-4/5/94

  • legend lives forever

  • dave kinda looks like a girl with the shorter hair

  • when you think about it,doesnt it seems kinda sad??? its almost been 20 years, and still i havent found any band that came after nirvana that are nearly as remarkable as them.usually somebody comes along that stands on the side of a remarkable band like them and it continuues and so on.and it did for alittle bit,but todays music just seems to have killed it,and now i just wonder, will somebody ever amaze us as much as nirvana, etc, ever again??
