I don't care what anyone says. I saw them 3 times this year. Friday May 29th at the Charter one Pavilion in Chicago And August 28th and 29th at The Aragon Ballroom in Chicago. @torYxx I think each song, though, is best only when listening to the album in it's entirety. Standing alone, Big Man w/ a Gun is a pretty stupid song. Just sayin'. It always bothered me...we usually flipped the tape over after this song was done, which also omitted most of the slow-you-down mood change of Warm Place. That said, I do think it's compositionally one of the greatest albums that was ever aimed at rock fans EVER. But you really need to listen to the whole thing together.

That`s probably because the whole album is sorta conceptual, so the songs have to be linked together, because he`s telling a story in a way, so the songs have to feel as if part of an entity that they form. At least, that`s how i see things.
