It's funny . . . we talk about how it's so much easier to point outward; but when we are actually gently doing this process, it is also seen as really easy, too. I'm seeing how there are thoughts insisting that this can't be so. Like, gripping on to the sense of identity that I have formed by that outward pointing. Huh . . . it's like both processes are equally easy, only one results in further suffering and one results in freedom. <3 Thanks xo
