The question will be if it cures the symptoms permanently. Many people getting temp help from Antibiotics. Enemas would be far more systemic, if you don't get candidas as a result.

While I'm very sympathetic to the pain you're feeling in your ears, from the looks of things, I'd say those fibres are small hairs from the inside of your ear.
My suggestion is not to jump to conclusions, and to go see a doctor about the ear pain, as it could be an easily-treated infection quite apart from Morgellons.
I appreciate your suggestion and I can see how you came to that conclusion. However, if you look at my other videos, those clear fibers are on all of my morgs. It is an integral part of the disease. At times, there are actual hairs in my morgs and they are usually found on the very border of one side of the morg and appear to be used as a spine or a rudder much like flagella.
