The E30 is much better build quality than new BMWs. I would put in the Signature Motoring performance intake kit for only around $150 and gain around 9.5HP on the stock output for the 325/M3 and a bit less for the 318. I highly recommend this item, see my youtube channel for the action video on it.
those rims are not chromed so not to worry... as for the reving you can go to youtube and type e30 m3 dyno time the video is about 22 seconds but it's worth it

totally agree on those rims. I want those rims for my e30. But I would black the weaves, and paint the lip Brillantrot...
