I thought that Return of the 187 was good.The triple-threat NO DQ was great. The Aries vs Go was one Hell of a match and the main event was crazy good.The Lynn vs Double C match was ok and the Brent Albright vs. Jay Briscoe was ah.

But also, if a person can post really long videos, and they are not a partner, then it is because they registered their account before 2006 or something like that (they have an old account); back then they didn't have a 10 min limit or whatever, and it seems that YouTube staff decided not to disable this on the old accounts (that or they have no way of tracking them down, etc.).
