Thanks for your video. It meant a lot. If you don't mind when friends of mine don't understand where I'm coming from I'm def. gonna have them watch your video.
I really enjoyed your words on this subject, its really awesome to her some one intelligent speak on this issue who isnt necessarily ftm themselves, i see so many videos with SO MUCH IGNORENCE talking about is this a " fad or lifestyle" that to hear you speak about what we could possibly be going through with respect flowing out of your mouth at the same time is AMAZING. thankyou friend!
some real true shit . I think this video may help people who may want to transition, to look at all sides, before jumping to make a decision. I like the white dress example that was clever. Helps me to understand a bit too abt studs, and how they view themselves. We all complex individuals , i guess.
Your video should be required viewing for anyone who has misunderstanding on what it is to be transgender....you keep it real and tell it like it is....thank you that... : )
@NickSparkss i appreciate you watching and confirming my understanding to be correct to some degree. I think we can all get along alot better if we stop hating and start learning about each other. It could make all of our lives alot easier. Peace
It seems like there are so many people are quick to jump to hate and discrimination, it was awesome to hear someone outside the ftm community that actually understands.
Girl, you just don't know. This was a fantastic video! Much respect for you my sister. Feel free to subscribe to my channel. I am doing the same. Do your thing.
Thanks for the nice dose of intellect you brought into the discussion. I enjoyed hearing your views and I agree with your stance. FTM's are Family, first and foremost. All of the infighting centers around one primary thing that I can see, and that's ignorance. You put into words what many of us older studs (30 and up) feel about it then and now. Well done.
Dang you hit the nail right on the head.... I can recall looking at myself thinking "only I could change this or that (insert whatever every other FTM thinks) about me I'd be happy. I've been blessed with a more male than female physiche but then at the same time still impeded with female characteristics of the physiche if that makes sense. I am extremely needle and surgery phobic, but somehow I've managed to over the needle phobia. There are still some days I can't give myself my shot. Good job
...the man or woman who YOU are, and gender stereotypes are things that will melt into irrelevance someday. Anyway, I really appreciate that there are plenty of smart and understanding lesbians out there like you who stand with us and are making an effort to show support so we can learn from each other. Have a great week.
Thanks for this awesome vid. You really hit deep when you started talking about that dress that can't be taken off, because that stuff there is real. I had similar experience growing up, and the boys in my neighborhood were often jerks but I still played with them because it was exciting. But I remember being a kid and thinking 'Hell no, I don't want to be a boy, because boys are stupid and gross and mean.' but that was just those boys. Now that I'm accepting that I am trans I know you can be..
great vid cuz dats wat im goin thru now n how to tell my fam I kno im grown but I feel dey have a rite to kno wat changes I make to my body I really feel im a man n a female body
Yo thanks Mimi I appreciate dat! I was just thinkin here's an example of a typical conflict i've seen in regard to the dating pool. U got some ftm bros that hang around the lesbian clubs lookin to hook up w/a femme or bi and you'll have da studs/butches gettin upset. (I understand BOTH sides of da conflict) but u know its things like this dat need 2b discussed.
@Lionking212, I wish u much success on your life journey Family! As far as the tension between studs and ftms, majority is based on ignorance and the rest are hatin ass niggas that hate no matter what you do.
That was a perfect analogy about the "permanant white dress on" cause thats exactly what it feels like (at least to me) to grow up FTM. I am planning to start my T this year just got to get some health insur. stuff done. As a pre-t FTM who for the longest time ID'd as a stone butch (solely due to ignorance; I only knew MTF's never the other way) in the lgbqt community I've seen alot of tension and mis-understanding betw. Butch/Stud & FTM's . There definately needs to be more dialog. Excell topic
