Use to run about 100 cylinder heads a day in a shop that had a Sunnen a Serti and Both a Peterson TCM 25 and older TCM 40.Hated both the Sunnen and Serti machines.The Peterson are by far the best and Van Norman use to make a similar version until this new model,I haven't used it yet,But it does look like it's far better than Serti or Sunnen .Too Bad Peterson doesn't make the TCM 40 any longer either.

how does h ego about centering that spindle? I guess hight tech for me is a coax dial indicator

The spindle is not precisely centered. With the ball drive cutting system any variation between the spindle and guide is corrected. This is possible with the ball cutter centering on the dead pilot guide. The ball cutting system is merely driven by the spindle.

nice new flash machine ,but I think the serdi machine is still faster and the best

Nice to see some valve seat reseating done by machine. How about showing us valve seat replacement ?
