  • Michael Graham Cox who voiced Bigwig from Watership Down voiced Karak as well.

  • Omg I remember this movie!

  • what does a peacock have to do here? a peacock is from India nt from the country..

  • @MEgues Possibly being kept as a pet?

  • @MEgues Some people with farms/in the country have them sometimes... I'm outside of town and there's this guy down the street who used to have peacocks. I'm not sure the reason why though... but it DOES seem to happen none too infrequently.

  • What are those odd watermarks, like one at 9:31 and another one was before.

  • 03:12 How do ya suppose that nasty fox lost his tail?

  • @NaiTaiDai He sold it like the one in Pinocchio (the book)

  • @NaiTaiDai Probably trying to steal someone else's food in the past?

  • Wait...what...what...wait what...!?!?! Speaking from someone who grew up on a farm. WHY would you have a peacock on a farm? For what purpose, how in the heck coudl you even have the means to keep it? 0.0 SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS I DON'T CARE HOW JUST SOMEONE EXPLAIN THIS!?!?!

  • @sillygrl23 Perhaps it's a Hungarian thing if it's something they do.

  • @sillygrl23 my mother-in-law keeps peacocks and guineas as "watch dogs" they sound the alarm if anything is wrong, and you can always eat them (you wouldn't eat a watchdog though). Duel purpose.

  • @sillygrl23

Note that this is a Hungarian cartoon

Back in the days of the Kingdom of Hungary (which included today's Hungary, Slovakia, and large chunks of Ukraine and Romania) Peacocks were a common symbol of status

They were originally kept by royalty as living decoration for their gardens, but rich farmers would later start emulating this as a way to show-off in front of their neighbors.

In some rural areas of Hungary, Slovakia, and Ukraine, this is still kept alive out of tradition

  • OMG! Vuk in english? LOL its hungarian cartoon

  • The translation is realy bad

    Sorry but its true.

    The best cartoon ever

  • There was always one thing I wondered about, why did the Hunter capture Foxy as a baby and keep her locked up in a cage. Did he want her as a pet? If so that would be unlikey of him

  • 8:27 I never would have found that funny as a kid but now, HAHAHAHA

  • anyone notice that a little fox is able to swallow bones? odd if you ask me, but oh well.

  • @drockman92 It's how he gets calcium. Need strong bones to be a great hunter n.n

  • @LainaT ha ha, very true!

  • What the Hell is a Peacock doing here?

  • What the hell is up with this pedophile crow and his insatiable drive to chase after other people's children?!?

  • @totallyawesomesteph I never used to notice that then....but now, yeah that is making me wonder too. I am actually hoping he is planning on eating that little baby bird instead of.......*clears throat*

  • how does he know if that girl fox isn't one of his sisters?

i never thought about it as a kid, but dude, she could be his sister!

  • @Michaelmyersrulz i actually read into this. in the original story that this is based on, it is his sister that they find, but at the end of the story they separate to find a mate, and the story ends with Vick (or Vuk if you prefer) finding a mate. its not rare that details are changed in a book to movie transition.

  • @drockman92 ha! i knew it!

  • lol I always remembered that you could see the ducks arse hole

  • at 7:12 vik looks stoned LoL xD

  • That frong is a PIMP! xD

  • Is the actor of the bird totally drunk or is that just how I'm hearing it?

  • English dub is strange. The frog's sound is too deep.

  • "Stupid Idiots" line use to crack me up when I was a kid. It doesn't now.

  • 1:24 Vuk's terminator impression lol xP

  • At this rate I'm shocked Karak didn't starve LOL

  • LOL I remember the frog from when i was like 5 lol

  • Weasel looks more like a fox with a missing tail.

  • @Zenardo Well, he is a fox with a missing tail. He said weasel to be meant as an insult.

  • he kinda sounds a tad bit like fry from futurama.

  • 8:33 --teenage Vik! Wow, he's beautiful now! And his voice isn't annoying anymore. In fact, I like it! <3

  • what is this, inu yasha? omg they say everything like 3x, and so obvious too. omg lol. XD its an okay movie though.

  • Screw you! Your mother is a Fish Whore!

  • That frog is probably the cutest thing I have ever seen.

Thank you so much for uploading this so that I can finally watch it. I had an old VHS copy of Rikki Tikki Tavi and The White Seal and both of them advertized this movie, so I've wanted to watch it since I was a kiddo.

I already saw the cut version and seeing this one all the way through, everything suddenly makes sense. OxO Why do they cut things? Children see worse on the six-o-clock news.

  • @totallyawesomesteph Nickelodeon use to show the uncut version on "Special Delivery", that's how I had came to see this!

  • What was that boar sticker on the screen for? Looked like it was actually in the movie...

Haha Karak just realized Vik's a handful now?

  • The guy who put this up said he couldn't get the icons to go away.

If I had to guess, it's probably an "interactive" function where you highlight and click on the icon and get some little educational thing about that animal or whatever. I'm sure if you played the actual DVD you could select it or watch the film normally.

  • THE FROG AT 1:56 IS GODLY. LOLOLOL

  • 8:25 lool

  • He really does like whole duck bones, doesn't he?

  • That would be diffcult be patience when your starving like that. That frog is so cute!
